founder Brandon Scott HAs a philosphy around efficient mechanical progamming and sustainable lifestyles.with a background in engineering & Kinesiology through the ohio state & towson university with 12+ years of experience as a fitness coach, certified personal trainer, KBA Kettlebell level 2, Precision Nutrirtion 1 coach, certified pre/post-natal specialist, Tier 3 trainer at Equinox Bethesda & DOE government site fitness program manager, coaching some of the DC area’s High profile clientele of CEOs, executives, creative entrepreneurs and athletes.

Brandon specializes in personal training, personal fitness coaching, nutrition coaching & onsite fitness services for various locations in the DC metropolitan area.

Dojo DC the was created as a hub for media, information and the tools needed to help individuals cultivate a lifestyle of complete wellness. With content & services emphasizing the mindset & practice of efficiency in all aspects of wellness including individualized, functional fitness & nutrition programming,, interviews and blogs featuring corporate founders/CEO’s, entrepreneurs & artists. The goal is to motivate and coach the whole person beyond just the physical aspects in the gym. It all starts in the mind & our ability to envision the highest form of ourselves.
